  • 2lbs lea ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp of salt 
  • ½ tsp of smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp of ground black pepper
  • 100 gr Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of bread 
  • Milk
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning 
  • 1tsp red chili flakes

For meatloaf glaze: 

  • 2 cup ketchup
  • 1 ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • 1tsp of garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp of salt 
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper 
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit
